Now imagine how you would feel inside your head if these thoughts were mostly negative. I think that could be quite dangerous and unhealthy.

Now imagine how you would feel inside your head if those thoughts were happy and positive and self-supportive. That would be an awesome place to live, wouldn't it?

What's going on in your head?

Clients often tell me about what is going on in their heads and the more negative the more work we need to do and to get started immediately.How about if you do the same? Have a good look at what is going on in that head of yours. Are you being kind and loving to yourself? You can start at any moment to change anything that you are doing.

Mirror Work

Why not begin now. Mirror work is also a good thing. Sit in front of a mirror and look into your eyes and say kind things to yourself. This is much more powerful than it sounds.
