This time of year is about letting go.

I love this time of year. Happy Autumn. I don't just love autumn for the crunchy leaves, the smells, hot cocoa, bonfires. I also love it for what it teaches us.

This time of year is about letting go. The trees let go of zillions of leaves. It's the natural flow of things. It is a good time to look at our lives and see what we really do need to let go of. These are good questions to take into a meditation or a mindfulness session. "What do I need to let go of now?" "What is no longer working for me?"

What do you need to let go of in your life?

Over the next weeks I will be asking each of my clients- what do you need to let go of in your life? Clear out, let go and allow space for new and wonderful things to come into your life. You know its got to happen. This could be people, jobs, vehicles, books. All of it or any of it. It doesn't have to be a big dramatic letting go. It can be a quiet letting go. It's not as important how you do it, as it is that you just do it.

As the trees let go of their leaves to allow new life, I ask you to do the same. And how exciting. What could be coming into your life as soon as you make space for it?
