Garden Therapy


I help my clients by using my plant knowledge and my other therapies and also by teaching them to grow and care for plants, and themselves, which will then help them improve both their mental and physical health.

I am using my own unique Garden Therapy in which I work with clients using my different therapies and also using plants and outdoor garden spaces to help people improve both their psychological health and their physical health. There is something wonderful and healing about getting our hands in the soil, digging, planting and watching our plants grow. We can really make positive changes within ourselves when we connect with nature. I use time in my own garden to process information and to bring peace in to myself. I have a strong belief that the fresh air, the plants, the bees- all of nature really help to heal people.

I’ve been using my garden therapy with different clients over the past year and I’ve seen huge benefits to people’s mental health. The joy they get from planting a seed and watching it grow- growing their own food or adding plants to their balcony or kitchen window or garden. Its great fun for me to share one of my great loves (gardening) with my clients and seeing the positive results. It's wonderful.
