I am in the process of developing my own unique Garden Therapy in which I will be working with clients using my different therapies and also using plants and outdoor garden spaces to help people improve both their psychological health and their physical health. There is something wonderful about getting our hands in the soil, digging, planting and watching our plants grow. We can really make positive changes within ourselves when we connect with nature.
I’ve been trialling this therapy with different clients over the previous months during lockdown and I’ve seen huge benefits to people’s mental health. I’m currently developing this therapy and this page and will be working on it over the coming months and will in the near future have sessions of gardening therapies available to all of my local clients.
