Keep your mind occupied. Choose your thoughts wisely.

If you don't keep a close eye on your thoughts and choose wisely then it's very possible your thoughts will run away with you and take you down a road of negativity and you could quickly find yourself in a dark place.I read somewhere that we have on average 60,000 thoughts per day. That is a very high number and it's difficult to believe that many thoughts could go through our minds on a daily basis but even more frightening what if our minds are in a place of negativity and suffering? The sheer weight of that much negativity could (and does) cripple someone mentally.

A suggestion is to check in with yourself throughout the day. Start now. Catch whatever thought it is that you are having right now. Have a look at this thought. Is it supportive and kind? Or is it destructive and cruel? Our thoughts define who we are. Please be aware of what you are thinking. Change your thoughts when you can, as soon as you can. Keep yourself and your mind occupied with things that are positive and healthy.
