I've just come in from working for a few hours in the garden. I had a morning off work and I thought what do I want to do more than anything at this moment? Answer- go out to the garden and get muddy, tired and sweaty!

I'm back in my office now but those few hours of fresh air and really getting stuck in and digging everywhere has done me the world of good. Whenever I can grab a few minutes- I'm outside either working in the garden or out for a walk in the forest.  Find something that you enjoy doing and get moving. The benefits to your mental and physical health are huge. You will feel so much better.Take care everyone.
