My definition of self-esteem is the overall feeling we have about ourselves. It's our sense of self. What do we think about ourselves? What labels do we attach to describe ourselves to others? We can only decide this for ourselves. We can't allow someone else to tell us what kind of self-esteem we have about ourselves. They don't know us like we do.Have a good look at your self-esteem. Sit down by yourself with pen and paper and ask yourself the big questions. Do I like myself? Do I love myself? Does the idea of loving myself make me uncomfortable? Does that mean I'm selfish if I love myself? Do I think I'm a good person or a bad person? Just really think hard on these things and get an idea of where you are at.If there are things you want to change then develop a plan of action to make these changes happen. Go ahead and get started. There is no time like the present.
