Using the tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) as well as Life Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching.
My background is in Positive Psychology and Psychotherapy. I'm also fully qualified and certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) and Life Coaching.
My clinic is in Betchworth and is just outside Dorking in Surrey, UK. It’s a one hour drive from London and also a one hour drive from Brighton. I also work with people in many other countries using Skype. I believe in good mental health and I also believe that it's important for all of us to continue to work on our own self-development. I will do all that I can to help you achieve this.

Because I can help and I have a high success rate with my clients. A big part of that is because I really enjoy people and I enjoy doing this work. I bring that passion to each and every client that I work with. Equally important is that I have the knowledge needed and over 17 years’ experience in working with these different therapies. I have the expertise to help you with each challenge you are currently facing. In working with me you get very different types of help and all from the same person.
How will I be able to help you?
It is rare to find a professional that is highly trained in all of these unique therapies. If you get stuck during a Coaching session then I gently and seamlessly switch you over to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Transactional Analysis (TA) and I help you get unstuck so that we can again move forward with your healthy life. If you progress quickly with the CBT then we move into the Coaching and we will again move forward in a healthier way. It all happens quite naturally and I know when and where to use each method so much so that often the client is unaware of moving between these methods and instead they have the feeling of wellbeing and a powerful sense of being more confident in themselves.
What can you expect from each of our sessions?
I will bring all that I am to each session I have with you. I will bring my knowledge, my energy, my compassion, my non-judgemental approach, my trust and my kindness. We will work together to make positive changes in your life. I will help you find answers to your questions, set goals and develop action plans. We will develop a strong life foundation for you and I will teach you how to keep developing this after our work together is completed. In this way, these changes will last forever.
